Allowing two home locations will make it easier to take advantage of the mining dimension. People can head well away from the mining entry point and dig to their hearts content and move back and forth between home and their mining location easily.
I would do a pull request on the Pricipium github repo with the changed config but your config is not part of the repository. Pretty much just the mods are.

That setting is not set by default in the pack, it's set server-side. I'll bring it up and see if we change the homes.
