IF Tree Farm not functioning ???

Done Industrial Foregoing Plant Gatherer + Sower several times before but the 1.8.8 version of atm6 it just doesnt work with oak saplings - they dont grow - whatever I do ! Tried either a Lilypad of Fertility or 2 floating Agricarnations above mana pools and even BOTH at the same time -.-
Fake player is on true. Tried all alternatives on block mode: allies, private, public - no change.
Checked: range addon, power supply, cabeling, light source levels ... Im totally out of ideas now. "at my wits end and mightely annoyed"Searched web for bugs and solutions but havent been able to find anything regarding tree saplings not growing... (found others like not gathering or not sowing - buuut not growing)
Perhaps anyone here on Stonebound have a clue about what the problem could be ?
There are so many knowledegeable peeps on this server
would immensely appreciate a solution to this dilemma

Do you have a screenshot of the setup, I suspect something else blocking stuff from growing.

Made one above ground instead - and that one worked so maybe it was light levels or hight (but roof was 13 blocks high) or somethin else, dunno...
Tried not tilling the soil and no water source and more light sources under ground but to no awaile - just isnt growing "deep down under" for some strange reason.
