Came back after MANY years - Any help?

Very stupid question, I know, but it has literally been years since I last played Minecraft.
So how do I enter the server? Where do I find the IP adres and what should I definitely explore first!Any help is appreciated!

first install the pack, all of our packs can be found in the Twitch Launcher
