Infitech 2 - Corrupt chunk in our base destroyed everything

I logged on today and saw most of my machines replaced with purple-black tiled .name blocks, and all of my chests empty and facing a different direction. Everything in one chunk is gone, including ALL of our resources and many machines. I'm not going to be on the server for a little bit, so if an admin wants to check out the scene or something the coords are: x -615 z: -210 y: 78.
I know for a fact everything was fine yesterday around 8 or 9 pm, I'm not sure what went wrong to cause this today.

update: rolled back your bases region file to a backup from 2016-6-3 0:27
stuff was already broken, trying an earler update nowupdate 2: tried 2016-6-2 22:29
that's 20min after you logged out from the server yesterday, still no goodcan you please get on teamspeak once you are back? and we can discuss how we fix this

Try going for a backup while I was playing. Last night my iron tank stopped working suddenly and I logged off because of it. I guess it was an early sign that something was wrong.
