3.0.4 currently, should be updating to recommended (3.0.5) in the next few hours though
it just got set as recommended today and I wasn't home all day

how do you get white listed on the server

@phit The error I was getting was java.net.connectexception: connection timed out: no further information: , I tried multiple fixes, no luck. The server wasn't showing up as online in my server list, I'll try using the other ip instead.
