Unnecessarily big houses are not Unnecessary, they are fun.
Always a pain to try filling them up though, even moreso with most packs these days not including much in the way of decoration mods.Maybe someday someone will make a mod that adds working NPCs with schedules that'll actually use these spaces, like dining rooms and whatnot.
