What does ''short application'' mean? i heard this server from a friend and i wanted to play with him and thats all whats the reason?

As mentioned in the previous reply, your application was too short. On top of that, we're a community that are looking for others who will care about it. Sure, people are welcome to refer their friends here and have them apply, but that doesn't change the fact that you failed to mention this in your brief application, nor does it show that you are willing to put any effort into the community. As such, your application has been denied. I hope that you understand, and I wish you the best of luck in finding a server that is suitable for you.
