@ArbitraryHubris ive tried plenty restarts firewalls and reinstalling by deleting .minecraft files and modpack is there anything else i can try?

post your fml-client-latest.log, everything looks fine on the serverside

@phit the last thing i did was a creative world testing rftools dimension and after testing i was unable to connect so this might help idk if it correlates with the current problem

I honestly can't see any errors in that log either, what address are you connecting to?

I'm gonna empty your playerdata and see if that works. Try to connect again!
e: Resolved and restored playerdata, cause was a Morphing tool.
