Bug Items would disappear

unfortunately i lose some items when i go to break and try to pick them up.
once block is broken item disappears being unable to pickup? help? -
what items, what are you breaking them with?

the actually additions drill i broke a dimensional transciever actually any blocks

the drill is bugged, don't use it to break tile entities and for enderIO use the yeta wrench instead
