Iron Chest Upgrade Bug

My friend Vindag and I were playing when I decided to upgrade our gold gems chest with quite a lot of loot to diamond from the iron chest mod, once done all of our stuff got deleted... please help

I need a bit more information to restore them, please tell me the coordinates of all chests in question and the time this happened.

its not worth the trouble to roll back... we worked and replaced most of it, but in the future its probably safe to stay on the lookout, thanks anyway
