1. gather all of the stuff you want from your current island
2. go to spawn
3. ask an admin to destroy your current island
4. cry over the things you left on your island which are now gone forever
5. ask your new Islandmate to invite you to their island team with "/island invite <PlayerName>"
6. type "/island home" and enjoy your new, more crowded, island
