I am an older player, 40, in the southern part of the USA. I am looking to dig into the new continuum pack, and I really enjoy playing multiplayer. Although I tend to build alone, I like seeing what other people build and chatting with others while I play. The sense of community keeps me motivated to play through a pack, even though I tend to lag behind a bit due to limited playtime.
I've played most of the FTB packs at one time or another, going back about 6 years. I've never been banned from a server. I typically enjoy the start of a modpack the most. Oddly I find the gathering of resources with a good old fashioned pick the most relaxing part of the game. Putting the automation puzzle together is also fun, but once I get to AE autocrafting I kind of start to lose interest, except in expert packs where it is basically mandatory to progress. Infinity Evolved Skyblock has been my favorite pack to date.
Thank you for your time.
thanks for your interest in joining us. I agree that the simple life in the early game has something relaxing about it, and that other players spice up the experience. You've been white-listed, welcome to Stonebound!
